Saturday, April 13, 2019: MPF MU Bradford Farm Native Plant Sale

Missouri Prairie Foundation

MPF will hold a native plant sale on Saturday, April 13 at Bradford Farm Research Center, 4968 S Rangeline Rd, Columbia, MO 65201 from 10:00 a.m. till 2:00 p.m. or sell out. Vendors donate a generous portion of proceeds to help MPF conserve vital pollinator habitat on its native prairies.

A variety of native wildflowers, sedges, grasses, trees and shrubs suitable for shade, partial shade, sun, dry or moist conditions from Missouri Wildflowers Nursery, Gaylena's Garden, Claire's Garden, Forrest Keeling, Prairie Hill Farm, Ozark Soul, SunRise Gardens, Pure Air Natives, and Hawthorn NPS vendors will be available. This is a great opportunity to buy native plants that will look great in your home landscape and will provide essential habitat for native pollinators and birds. Many species of plants—both host and nectar plants—for pollinators, including monarch butterflies will be available.

Bradford Research Center, part of the MU School of Agriculture, is just 11 miles east of the MU campus.
